I SAY~

Prior notions often obscure our vision of the present.

Explanation: One of the many great things about age is that it enables you to get a grip on your blacks and make use of your whites. I used to be quite rude and short tempered in my teens (but I always had a good heart; even though I say so myself). Now, in my mid twenties, I have succeeded in keeping my anger at bay and be very cordial to people around me. But this civil nature of mine is making many of my friends suspicious as to the genuineness of my nature. Since the last time they had checked they found me biting people's head off, now when they see me being nice they think its all pretense. It saddens me to see how judgmental people can be. If only they hadn't failed to understand that as people grow they change, they would have been able to see not only me but also themselves more clearly.

  1. friendships take time to make.
It is said that if you, in your lifetime, make one true friend, you are indeed very lucky.

So I wouldn't worry about what people think but more about how I conduct my life and how I perceive others.
Anger never resolves anything. It is a wasted emotion that takes you away from all the good you can be doing.
